Date: July 2009

Quality Scotland assists organisations with their continuous improvement journey and helps them to understand their business in such a way that they will generate strengths and areas for development which can be built in to improvement plans and strategies.

Quality Scotland approached Interface as they wanted to develop an electronic tool which would enable its two day EFQM (European Foundation of Quality Management) training course to be accessed online, particularly for organisations in rural and remote communities.

Interface facilitated introductions to the North Highland College (NHC) in Thurso that have already undertaken significant work in relation to developing e-learning solutions and designing interactive online learning tools. Through working with Interface, a Knowledge Transfer Partnership associate has been recruited with the responsibility for developing web based blended and online learning materials for an existing course.
