Portsoy based Glenglassaugh Distillery wanted to bring further innovative new products to the drinks market, following the success of an innovative new spirit named, "The Spirit Drink that dare not speak its name^TM".

A referral from the Food Processing Faraday, Interface helped Glenglassaugh to collaborate with the University of Abertay to develop the spirits drink product range and increase its market potential. Glenglassaugh is collaborating with the sensory experts to experiment with different ingredients to achieve the most appropriate blends funded through an Innovation Voucher award.
