EDTC Feasibility Award

General Information:

The EDTC Feasibility Award can be used to evaluate the technical or commercial feasibility of your product.

The work done via the award can provide a significant step forward in the product development process.

The grant contributes to 100% of project costs up to a maximum of £5K.

The grant will fund a piece of research work that is carried out by a Higher Education Institution (HEI) and can be used to:

• assess your idea 
• identify the correct technology and/or approach
• highlight any technical issues required to take your development forward
• provide a detailed final report outlining the findings

How to Apply:

Applications for funding will be prepared with the help of one of the EDTC Advisors.

Eligibility:

The scheme aims to kick start a relationship between companies and University groups who have not previously collaborated.
